About Iranian Association of Rochester

Iranian Association of Rochester, Inc. is a non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Tax Code of the United States.

It's a legal structured authorized organization allowes Iranian-American  come together to either benefit members of it and it's open to public to promote and advance Farsi language, the beautiful iranian culture and traditions.

IAR does not  have and do not distribute its surplus funds to any owners or shareholders, but instead uses members  to help pursue its goles established in it's constitution.

The pupos of IAR is listed in below:

1. To promote and advance the Iranian culture and traditions including the use of Farsi language.
2. To facilitate communication and cooperation among various segments and age groups of the
Iranian community.
3. To assist Iranians and others in need.
4. To promote better understanding between the Iranian community and groups with other cultural
backgrounds.
5. To engage generally in any activity that may lawfully be carried on by a corporation formed under
laws of the State of New York and determined to be exempt from Federal taxation pursuant
to the Internal Revenue Service Code.
6. In general to exercise such powers which now are or hereafter may be conferred by law upon a
corporation organized for the purposes herein above set forth, or necessary or incidental to
the powers so conferred, or conducive to the attainment of the purposes of the corporation,
subject to such limitations as are or may be prescribed by law or by the by-laws of this
corporation.

کانون ایرانیان راچستر سازمانی است غیر انتفاعی که بر طبق ماده پانصد و یک(س) (۳)قوانین مالیاتی امریکا میباشد. این انجمن تشکیلاتیست سازمان یافته  که بر اساس قانون شرکت های غیر انتفاعی،  از بین عموم  افراد ایرانی و آمریکا یی بر طبق ضوابطی که در اساسنامه  قید شده   عضویت میپذیرد و برای آنها تصحیلاتی  قائل میشود  تا   بتوانند با همکاری  یکدیگر زبان فارسی ، فرهنگ و سنت های زیبا و اصیل ایرانی  را در بین اقشار و گروه های سنی مختلف اشاعه دهند   انجمن ایرانیان مقیم راچستر  متعلق به عموم  است و مالک یا سهامدار خاصی ندارد لذا از  اعضا جهت رسیدن به اهداف قید شده در اساسنامه  کمک میگیرد

:اهداف این انجمن عبارتند از

•   تبلیغ و گسترش سنت های  زیبا و فرهنگ اصیل ایرانی از جمله زبان فارسی
•  تسهیل در  ارتباط و همکاری میان بخش ها  و گروه های سنی مختکف  جامعه ایرانی
  
•  کمک به ایرانیان و دگر عزیزانی که نیاز به همیاری ما در راستای فعالیتهای این انجمن دارند
•  شناخت و ترویج فرهنگ ایرانی و درک تفاوت ان با دیگر فرهنگها و پیشینه های مختلف
•  امکان تعامل بخشیدن به هر نوع فعالیت قانونی که بر طبق قوانین کشوری از معافیت مالیاتی برخوردار میباشد و از کد سرویس درآمدهای داخلی پیروی میکند
• احقاق بخشیدن به هر نوع عمل و یا فعالیتی که از جانب قانون و یا اساسنامه در چهارچوب مطرح  شده در بالا امکان پذیر باشد
